DOES MY CHILD ALSO NEED A TICKET?
Children up to 12 years old do not need to show a ticket. They can entry for free with a paying adult.

HOW AND WHEN DO I RECEIVE THE PADDOCK TICKETS I ORDERED AND PAID?
We send ordered and paid entry tickets and parking tickets as an e-ticket by email approximately two weeks prior to the event. We send VIP (parking) tickets by post approximately two weeks before the event.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER. WHAT NOW?
Didn't receive confirmation of your order? We may still have to accept your order. Once we have done this, you will receive a confirmation at the email address provided.

I AM UNABLE TO ORDER / PAY FOR THE TICKETS
Problems placing your order or paying for it via the internet? Please contact us and describe the problem as carefully as possible. We will then solve it for you. Calling is also possible (Tel. 0592-318 055 within office hours).

IS THE EVENT ACCESSIBLE FOR DISABLED PEOPLE?
The TT Circuit Assen has two disabled platforms where wheelchair users can follow the races together with one supervisor: the Haarbocht Grandstand (accessible via paved terrain) and the Ossenbroeken Grandstand (accessible via semi-paved terrain). Capacity is limited. Wheelchair users who also want to visit the paddock are advised to park on the site on Tunnelweg. You can park here upon presentation of a disabled parking card. From this point, both the wheelchair slope at Ossebroeken and the paddock are easily accessible via the car tunnel. Visitors who want to watch TABAC Classic GP from the Haarbocht Grandstand can park near the Haarbocht Grandstand upon presentation of a disabled parking card.

CAN I TAKE MY DOG?
For safety reasons, it is not allowed to take a pet to the TT circuit, this is strictly controlled. Assistance dogs are allowed.

CAN I BRING OWN FOOD AND DRINKS?
Bringing your own food and drinks is allowed, but it is prohibited to bring drinks containing alcohol or drinks in glass.

IS THERE A POSSIBILITY TO STORE THE HELMET AND MOTORCYCLE SUIT?
It is possible to store your own helmet and suit under the main stand at the Riders for Health helmet wardrobe.

WHAT TIME DOES THE CIRCUIT OPEN AND WHEN DOES IT START?
The TT circuit is open from 7am. The JACK'S Racing Day program starts at 8 a.m. and ends approximately at 6:30 p.m. View the timetable here to see when your favorite driver is driving.

WHERE CAN I PARK?
The circuit is easily accessible by public transport and is located near the A28 highway. Parking costs 10 Euro per day. Vehicles of participants and guests with a parking card sent in advance will be guided to the car park and Welcome Center on Tunnelweg.
